Research Interests
My research interest includes application of engineering tools in the field of neuroscience. Specially, I am interested in employing signal and image processing tools as well as machine learning concepts to analyse the neuroimaging data. Currently I am using machine vision algorithms to extract meaningful information from voltage sensitive dye imaging data in Dr. Mohajerani’s lab.
