Born and raised in Lethbridge, I graduated from the U of L in 2016 with a dual BSc. in Psychology and Kinesiology. My experience volunteering and working with the Canadian Mental Health Association paired with my interest in how the brain is affected by mental illness led me to pursue a MSc. in Neuroscience. My research will focus on rat impulsivity and the role this might play in addictive behaviour as well as the effect of chronic dopamine agonist administration on addictive behaviour in rats.
